Association Development Sites in Morocco

The ACDM welcomes young people of various nationalities throughout the year especially during the summer holidays (July and August), which are distributed to sites dan s various urban and rural areas of Morocco at four points.

1-Short time:
The duration of these projects is 2 to 4 weeks in all seasons but mainly between July and September.

Work: Volunteers work on average 24 hours a week. Work is usually manual order: -protection of the environment-construction- rénovation- picture- gardening etc ...

Volunteers do not need to have special skills.

Accommodation, food, entertainment:

The accommodation and food are the responsibility of the ACDM

Accommodation will vary from building sites to another public institution boarding, tents, houses ...

The volunteers prepare their own meals.

The volunteer group has a small budget for recreation.

The organizational approach (educational):

The approach is prioritized organizational management and participatory democracy, for experimentation, success, partnership, accountability, and management of the site by young people.

Young people must be involved deeply in the life of the site and take responsibilities (work, time, food, entertainment ...).

It has at least two sites on each facilitators who ensure that this project is taking place under the right circumstances.

Conditions of participation:

- Be at least (e) at least 18 years.
- Bring necessary medications.
- Knowing at least one of these languages: Arabic French, English.
- Respect the rules of the site.
Development Building Association in Morocco has liability insurance for participants during the camp. Volunteers must have a valid medical and hospital insurance for the duration of the project.

Parallel to the work of building sites, ACDM organizes other activities (social, cultural, tourism ...).

Volunteers can contribute to the cost of some indoor or outdoor activities (outings, visits, birthdays ...).

The duration of these projects is From one month to a year in all seasons.
