The Youth4Values Online Talks are a series of five open online events designed to present the results of the Youth4Values project and the National Action Plans developed by young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Greece and Spain (Canary Islands).
Throughout the sessions, young participants will share their experiences, discuss the challenges affecting youth participation and democratic engagement in their communities, and present the proposals they have developed to strengthen youth participation at local, regional, national and European levels.
The events will also create a space for dialogue, networking and exchange of ideas among young people, youth workers, civil society organisations, public authorities and all those interested in democracy, active citizenship and youth participation.
Objectives
- Present the main results and achievements of the Youth4Values project.
- Disseminate the National Action Plans developed by young people in the partner countries.
- Promote dialogue on democratic participation, active citizenship and European values.
- Encourage the exchange of experiences and good practices among participants from different countries.
- Generate new ideas and connections for future youth participation initiatives.
- Strengthen cooperation between young people, youth organisations and public institutions.
- Increase awareness of the importance of youth involvement in democratic decision-making processes.
Programme Structure
Session 1 – 13 July
Introduction to Youth4Values and presentation of key project results.
Session 2 – 15 July
Youth participation proposals from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Session 3 – 16 July
Youth participation proposals from Montenegro.
Session 4 – 20 July
Youth participation proposals from Greece.
Session 5 – 22 July
Youth participation proposals from Spain (Canary Islands), networking and future cooperation opportunities.

Expected Outcomes
- Increased visibility of the Youth4Values project and its results.
- Greater awareness of the barriers and opportunities for youth participation in Europe.
- Dissemination of youth-led policy recommendations and proposals.
- Enhanced networking among participants and organisations.
- Inspiration for future local, national and international youth participation initiatives.
Participation
The events are free of charge and open to all interested participants. Registration is required.
