General description
This seminar aligns with the objectives of the Youth@Work Partnership, with the EU Youth Strategy (2019-2027), as well as the European Youth Goals. The seminar aims to increase awareness of the significant role youth workers play in building the capacity of young people in the fields of social entrepreneurship and employability. Through equipping youth with essential knowledge and expertise, nurturing personal development, and facilitating learning in crucial areas like adaptability, advocacy, networking, and risk management, they can evolve into supportive mentors capable of inspiring future generations of young entrepreneurs.
It's crucial to acknowledge the significance of this role and the profound impact it has on both youth and society. This seminar will also enhance understanding of social entrepreneurship and social business as effective tools in addressing unemployment and fostering greater social engagement among young citizens.
The seminar will delve into a range of diverse experiences within the social entrepreneurship ecosystem, offering inspiration to participants. Additionally, it will introduce the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework, encouraging attendees to acquire new compteneces to bolster entrepreneurial endeavors.
The goal of this activity is to encourage participants to understand how youth work can significantly contribute to creating a more responsible and developed society.

Youth@Work Partnership on youth employability and entrepreneurship of Erasmus+ National Agencies
The seminar is part of the Youth@Work Partnership, an institutional alliance of 13 Erasmus+ National Agencies and SALTO-YOUTH Resource Centres.
In 2018, a consortium of Erasmus+ Youth National Agencies (NAs) and SALTO-YOUTH Resource Centres decided to take a new approach to support employability and entrepreneurship amongst young people and professionals. They, therefore, created the Youth@Work Partnership on Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship, with the aim to better address these areas by working collaboratively, based on a common strategy.

The activity is organized by the Italan NA in strict cooperation with Spanish NA and North Macedonia NA
Target group
This activity is offered to 30 participants with the following profiles: Youth workers, Youth leaders, Youth project managers, Youth policy makers, Youth researchers, and also to Professionals from backgrounds of: Non-formal education/Youth, Higher education, Vocational education & training
