How can we move from consultation to co-decision when it comes to youth participation?

This has been one of the main questions posed during the project Climbing The Ladder

This will be the space to share the knowledge accumulated during the 2 years and to connect with other youth participatio practicioners.

Join us for the Youth Participation Toolfair, a dynamic online space for youth workers, policy makers, and young people to connect, learn, and exchange on meaningful youth engagement across Europe. 

During this interactive Toolfair, participants will:

• Network with youth workers, policy makers, and young people from across Europe
• Explore innovative models and mechanisms of youth engagement
• Gain practical tools to strengthen participation in their local, regional, or national context

As part of this initiative, we will also share insights from an upcoming publication featuring 15+ good practices and case studies on youth engagement in Europe, from local consultation mechanisms to shared decision-making between young people and policymakers.
These examples will highlight how different levels of participation can be effectively fostered and sustained across contexts.

We invite all of you to join, share, and bring your own perspectives. 

This initiative is part of Climbing the Ladder, a project led by DYPALL Network in partnership with Europiamo ETS (Italy), YEPP EUROPE (Germany), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norway), EDYN (Slovakia), Assembly of European Regions - AER (France), SQLearn (Greece) and funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme.
