"Youth Entrepreneurship through sport" YES aims the exchange of best practices in the field among 50 participants, during a Seminar in Bulgaria, 6-13 April 2015.
Thus, the YES’ GENERAL AIM is:
The project “Youth Entrepreneurship through Sport” is innovative, because it connects different aspects - sport, entrepreneurship, leadership, personal expression in sessions, presentations, etc. We are going to implement a Seminar with practical sessions delivered from the main moderators and the partner organisations will deliver sessions, which are example of the work in their relative organizations. The idea is that the partner organizations are showing on practice what methods for developing leadership and entrepreneurship skills that they are using, but not only on theory.
The activities will be implemented by youth and for youth.
YES Objectives:
-To promote European cooperation and cooperation among EU and neighbouring countries
-To development a sustainable networks among organizations in the youth field and sport.
-To stimulate capacity building, entrepreneurial thinking and employability in sport for young people
-To explore the meaning, relevance and potential of youth entrepreneurship in the sport field for increasing youth employability.
-To reflect and exchange opinions/researches about the youth unemployment and entrepreneurship in different European countries in the field of sport
-To discuss how non-formal education can positively influence better youth employability and employment;
-To share examples of good practices combating youth unemployment in sport and draw recommendations to decision makers
-To familiarize youth workers with NFE tools that focus on improving certain skills and attitudes and can significantly change the employability status of a young person.
-To develop entrepreneurial skills in the youth workers.
Candidates profile:
-Youth workers or youth leaders, actively working within their organisations;
- Be motivated to develop their competences in inter-cultural dialogue;
- Not obligatory, but it will be a plus if the candidate already have experience in working with young people, organizing initiatives and projects;
-Be able to act as a multiplier in their local community, ensuring the snowfall effect;
-Be committed to attend for the full duration of the course and be supported by a youth organisation;
-Competently able to work in English language;
Very important criteria is that the participants will be selected according to their motivation and have already ideas for future projects and actions to undertake in the field of youth entrepreneurship and empowerment, but require knowledge on how to achieve these.

from Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Montenegro, Portugal
*Accommodation, meals and training materials will be covered by Champions Factory Sports Club.
*Participation fee: 40euro/per participant
