YOUSPORT Training : Quality in YouSports Mobility projects

This activity is part of a series by YouSports promoting sport in youth mobility projects. It aims to strengthen sport as a non-formal education tool and helps identify key factors for developing high-quality sport-based projects.

This training activity is specifically aimed at organisations interested in preparing an application for a youth mobility project on sport, in order to work on the requirements of the youth strand and the possibilities for using sport as a tool for non-formal education.

Objectives :

Understand the requirements of KA1 Youth calls for proposals, particularly Youth Exchanges (KA152) and Youth Participation (KA154)

Develop the use of sport as a tool for non-formal education with young people

Enable participants to submit a high-quality KA1 Youth application that incorporates sport

Participants :

KA1 Youth applicants with a sport-related project;

KA182 grant recipients wishing to apply for KA1 Youth funding;

KA1 Youth grant recipients wishing to learn how to use sport as a tool for non-formal education.

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA or SALTO of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
