2-5 February 2026 | Milan, Italy
We are looking for 25 experienced practitioners and experts to join a European Round Table linked to the Milano–Cortina 2026 Olympic Education Programme (Gen26).
Profile participants we are looking for:
• Experts in social sport with a focus on community development or sustainability (social and environmental)
Practitioners in sport grassroots organisations;
• Practitioners using sport for education and inclusion with young people (age 15-30)
• People ready to share and explain practice, methods, challenges and ideas with others
• People able to contribute insights for a strategic paper
• Strong motivation to network and exchange with peers across Europe
What you will do
• Join a 2-day Round Table in Milan (2–4 Feb) with experts from multiple countries
• Explore sustainability, social impact, legacy, learning through Non Formal Education and community change using sport as a tool
• Share your own methods and examples
• Network with youth work, sport and community stakeholders
Get in touch with projects developed in the frame of Fondazione Milano Cortina
• Take part in a wider Conference on 5 February to showcase ideas and network with other stakeholders
Requirements
• Available in Milan 2–5 February 2026 (2nd arrival and departure on 5th after lunch)
• Willing to bring and explain examples or stories from your work
• Open to co-creation and reflection
• Comfortable discussing impact, sustainability and legacy in English
