Study Visit

The YouSport Mini Study Visit 2026 in Germany will introduce local initiatives and programmes which address different target groups and use a variety of methods, approaches, and funding models to foster social inclusion. Furthermore, it will highlight how collaborative and cross-sectorial approaches on the local and regional level can further enhance quality knowledge-transfer, and social impact.
The main aim of the activity is to provide organisations with the space to share, to learn from each other, to create potential projects under the Erasmus+ (Youth and Sports) Programmes and to build partnerships for future European projects.

The mini-study visit is a learning-by-doing experience, built on experiences and real cases which are interspersed with workshops, on-the-spot visits, info sessions, and hands-on activities.
Draft programme:
A pre-arrival online meeting will take place on 28 April 2026, 16:00-17:00 CET.
The official end of the event is scheduled for around 12:30 CET on Saturday. A farewell lunch will be offered as an option.
