YOUnisphere

Training Course

16-23 September 2026 | Statek Habří, Czech Republic

Some stories are told with words. Others live in the body, in movement, presence, and connection. YOUnisphere is an Erasmus+ training course where youth workers explore resilience through embodiment, storytelling, play, and shared human experience.

ABOUT

YOUnisphere: where your body gives life to stories.

YOUnisphere is an Erasmus+ training course for youth workers exploring resilience through applied storytelling & embodiment.

In a world where it’s easy to lose connection, many of us are looking for ways to feel grounded, seen, and real. We all carry stories, shaped not only by what we say, but also by how we move, speak, and show up for one another.

YOUnisphere invites youth workers into this living sphere: a space where embodiment and storytelling become tools to activate, engage, and empower.

We start from personal experience and translate it into practical tools that can be used to support others and shape meaningful learning spaces.

Disclaimer: This program is offered as a learning and training experience. It focuses on practical tools, reflection, and shared exploration. It is not therapy, and it is not intended to replace professional mental health care or clinical support.

THE METHODOLOGIES

We experience reality, and life, through our body.

We make sense of it through the stories we tell ourselves and each other.

Embodiment invites us to discover how the body holds and expresses memory, emotion, and presence. Through movement, creative dance, vocal activities, meditation and reflective practices, we learn how fully showing up in our bodies can strengthen confidence, deepen connection, and make communication more authentic.

Applied storytelling explores how stories shape the way we see ourselves and others. We don’t just tell stories, we inhabit them, letting them guide us, stretch us, and connect us. We practice crafting and sharing stories in ways that engage, inspire, and foster empathy through our imagination, traditional and personal stories.

FOLLOW-UP AFTER THE PROJECT

We envision YOUnisphere project making a meaningful impact for you and the communities you belong to.

Taking what you’ve learned beyond the program is an essential part of the journey. After completing the training, you will be expected to put your knowledge into action by designing one follow-up action.

  • Workshop for your target group: organize a workshop for at least five participants, incorporating elements from the training.
  • Knowledge transfer meeting for youth workers: share your experience and methodology in a meeting within your sending organization.

We are looking for participants who see this as more than just a task to complete but as an opportunity to create something that has real value. You will have one month after the project to carry out this action, either individually or in collaboration with other participants. The completion of this step is also linked to your reimbursement.
