Do you want to disconnect from everyday stress, and reconnect to yourself? Join the journey on personal growth, resilience, and mindfulness through nature, hiking, and meditation. Open to youth workers and everyone ready to step out of their comfort zone!

This international training course is designed for youth workers, educators, teachers and professionals in non-formal education who seek personal growth, resilience, and deeper self-awareness.

Over seven days, participants will embark on a transformative journey through nature-based learning, outdoor experiences, and mindfulness practices. Participants step away from their daily routines, challenge their physical and mental resilience, and explore their inner and outer landscapes.

What to Expect?

  • Immersive Nature ExperienceSleeping under the open sky, carrying essentials in a backpack, and walking daily (~15 km).
  • Personal and Professional Growth – Through mindfulness, meditations, reflection, and group work, participants develop a stronger inner compass.
  • Non-Formal Education Approach – Experiential learning, storytelling, guided meditation, and outdoor challenges enhance self-awareness and community spirit.
  • Community & Connection – Sharing this journey with other like-minded professionals fosters a sense of support, collaboration, and shared learning.

Participation fee

Financial contribution of selected participants is 50 EUR.

Accommodation and food

Accomodation and food will be covered for the participants.

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed for the most affordable and direct way to get to the project.
