What happens when peace education meets sustainability?

Almost one year ago, a conversation between a few educators turned into a project.
In many years of work in different fields, we kept coming back to the same question:
Why are peace education and sustainability so often treated as separate topics, when in reality they are deeply connected?
From there, give & grow (Germany), Peace Up! (Germany) and Wonderers Collective (Spain), with the support of the Youth Peace Ambassadors Network, started working together on the Active Peace Education project.
Over the months, we exchanged ideas, developed and tested activities, discussed what works and what does not, rewrote things many times, and slowly brought everything together into one place.
Now, we are ready to share the result! We have finalised the Active Peace Education Toolkit!!!
And we would love to invite you to discover it with us.
If you are an educator, trainer, youth worker, interested in peace education, sustainability, or simply curious about these fields, this presentation is for you.
Join us online to explore the toolkit, discover some of its activities and hear more about how the materials can be used in educational and youth work.
