"Well... Bee...ing" is your opportunity to combine your passion for sustainability with your role as a youth worker. You will leave this training course with knowledge, skills, and inspiration to create a lasting impact on young people's lives.

This training course, "Well... Bee...ing," is designed especially for you!
We believe that empowering young people to embrace sustainability is key to securing a brighter future for our planet and themselves. The Green Comp framework will serve as a common ground for the participants to build sustainability competences and skills to create projects together with young people.

Walk the talk: In Well-bee-ing CO2-emission will be tracked to decrease impact and gather best practices for future projects. To compensate for the inevitable CO2 emissions, we will use a trustable source such as Climaider. You will be pioneering to make Erasmus+ Projects Go Greener.

� The trainers
Karólína Baldvinsdóttir: Karolina is an upper secondary school teacher in rural North Iceland. She teaches art, entrepreneurship, environmental studies, and more both on site and online. She has participated in numerous Erasmus+ projects with her students, mostly regarding sustainability and empowering young people.
Fun fact: Karólína loves discgolf
Jonas Sylvester Kaspersen: Jonas is a youth consultant in a Municipality in Denmark and has created many projects together with young people. He has started an association to build entrepreneurial competences for young people and done study visits on green entrepreneurship. Fun fact: Jonas ran for local elections in Denmark tracking CO2-emissions of his campaign and riding his bicycle with a a poster to promote greener solutions and minimise waste on election campaign posters. He currently runs a Wheelie Community with young people to play concerts and do events promoting youth-driven communities with a bicycle that transforms into a stage.
Marina Ermina: Marina’s background is in Environmental studies and Education. She has been working with children and young people internationally in various capacities. Among her recent roles are Waldorf school and environmental NGO Seeds Iceland. She has been engaged with non-formal learning activities and Erasmus+ running workshops related to important environmental and social issues. Fun fact: Marina was living for over a year in India and Nepal learning about Yoga and wellbeing practices. She is passionate about healthy and ecological lifestyles that she calls “green wellbeing”.
