This meeting will be all about stress management.
Are you interested in exploring what stress is and how your body reacts when you have to handle more than usual? Stress can make you feel pumped up or really down. We will talk about the signs of being stressed out. We will also discuss the stress curve and what causes stress. An important part of the talk will be about the Cognitive Triangle. This idea shows how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are linked and can affect how stressed you feel. Lastly, we will share tips on how to reduce stress.
The Stress Management Webinar is dedicated to youth workers, and other professionals working in the youth field. The webinar is part from Stop. Reflect. Do Better project that aims at learning and explore further the possibilities of finding and applying good mechanisms to take care of the mental health and general well-being of our youth workers and at building further their competencies in working with volunteers, young people, and local communities in times of constant change.
Zane Veinberga has been an Organizational Psychologist since 2009 and mostly works with people and teams connected to social projects, business projects, and education. Zane is a co-creator of a few educational games and tools in Latvia
