“Voices & Verses 2026: Youth Policy Debate” (30 April 2026 - 3PM CET)

Conference – Symposium - Forum

30 April 2026 | online, Germany

Voices & Verses is a dynamic online debate during the European Youth Week 2026, where young people and policymakers connect through music, creativity, and dialogue to make youth voices heard in Europe.

Welcome to “Voices & Verses”, an interactive online debate during European Youth Week 2026 that connects young people and policymakers.
Part of the Songs for Rights initiative, it uses music and creativity to open new pathways for dialogue and participation.
The event responds to a key challenge: many young people find European politics distant, yet strongly want to be heard. “Voices & Verses” creates a space for open, respectful exchange with decision-makers.

Focus of the discussion:
- strengthening connections between youth and the EU
- improving access to information and meaningful dialogue
- making participation more inclusive and effective

These themes are central to current debates on trust, democracy, and youth engagement in Europe’s future.
