Virtual Partnership Building Activity for youth organizations to network, share project ideas, and build strong Erasmus+ KA152/KA153 partnerships. Join us on 3 August to co-create impactful mobility projects!

Are you a youth worker, coordinator, or youth leader looking to build meaningful Erasmus+ partnerships? Join our Virtual Partnership Building Activity to meet organizations from across Europe and Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU, brainstorm project ideas, and co-design quality KA152 and KA153 youth mobility projects for the October deadline.

This virtual PBA is designed to support networking and cooperation among organizations working with young people within the Erasmus+ Youth field. During the session, participants will:

  • Engage in structured breakout activities to meet potential partners
  • Present their organization’s work and project interests
  • Explore common challenges and youth needs across countries
  • Co-develop ideas and plan timelines for upcoming KA152/KA153 project submissions
  • Receive basic guidance on building successful Erasmus+ youth mobility projects

By the end of the activity, participants are expected to leave with concrete partnership leads and early-stage concepts for the October 2025 deadline.

We are looking for:

  • Youth workers, youth leaders, project coordinators, or NGO staff
  • Representing organizations actively engaged in youth work and interested in international cooperation
  • Motivated to build strong partnerships and co-create quality Erasmus+ projects
  • Committed to developing a KA152 or KA153 project for the October 2025 deadline

Virtual Partnership Building Activity will take place on 3rd August, at 14:00 CEST, via Zoom.

The event is organized by the International Institute for Strategic Research (IISR) – a global education and innovation hub promoting cross-cultural collaboration. Since 2023, IISR has engaged 1,347+ participants from 107 countries and 351 universities, including through Erasmus+ program, empowering youth and youth workers to become agents of positive change.

Participation fee

There is no participation fee. The activity is free of charge for all selected participants.

Accommodation and food

This is a virtual activity taking place via Zoom. Therefore, no accommodation or food will be provided, and there are no participation costs. Participants only need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.

Travel reimbursement

This is a fully virtual activity, with no travel required. Participants can join from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
