“Youth Initiative Centre” NGO (Armenia) together with Fairbund e.V. (Germany) is inviting you to take part in “URA-You are Able 3” international Training Course on Volunteering and Employability.
The aim of the TC is to promote volunteering as a learning mechanism for increasing youth employability. The objectives of the project are: - Provide youth workers and youth leaders with knowledge, skills and tools on recruitment, retirement and recognition and reward of voluntary work; - Introduce mechanisms for structured tracking of voluntary work as a learning process; - Reflect upon types of voluntary activities that lead to youth capacity development and increased competitiveness in the job market; - Share best practices on volunteering and youth employability in different European countries; - Build partnership among civil society organizations from the Programme and Neighboring Partner countries concerning volunteering and youth employability. The project will bring together 28 participants, 4 representatives per each country. Age limits: 18 + The participants should meet the following criteria/have the following criteria: 1. To be youth workers/ youth leaders or people working with groups of young people either within an organization or through non-formal groups, 2. To have strong interest and motivation on the topic, 3. Willing to increase quality and innovation in their youth work, 4. Willing to contribute to the TC through sharing best practices.

Costs

1. Travel costs will be reimbursed per participant per country. Travel budget limits are given below per person, per country, which is given according to Erasmus+ distance calculator: Germany 400 EUR Belarus 300 EUR Georgia 50 EUR Italy 400 EUR Spain 530 EUR Ukraine 300 EUR Armenia 0 EUR 2. Accommodation and food are covered by organizers. 3. We do not expect a participation fee from participants.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
