Unlocking Learning: neuroeducation in youth work

Training Course

9-17 December 2026 | Villa Royale, Markutiskes, Lithuania

The project aim to develop youth workers' competencies in neuroeducation, empowering them to create more engaging, structured, and impactful activities tailored to the diverse learning styles and needs of the groups of young people they work with.

"Unlocking Learning: Neuro-education in youth work" is a founded Erasmus+ KA153 project, dedicated to youth workers with at least 6 months of experience.
Newcomers to KA Erasmus+ events, or with limited experience are welcomed.

The project aims to improve the competences of 30 youth workers, to be able to help young people to learn easier, be more impacted by what they learn and actually put that information into practise in this digital age, using neuroeducation, non-formal techniques.

Selected participants will take part in  Training Course mobility hosted in "Markutiskes, Vilnius, Lithuania"  from 9th to 17th December 2026, and will also agree to contribute to local follow-up activities post-mobility.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate their experience in youth work,  providing 2 examples of their youth work activities in the last 6 months, and identify a possible future activity in which they could implement methodlogies learned during the training.

Participation in the project is limited to applications from the following countries:
Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain
