the project aims to raise awareness among youth about the wide range of opportunities available through Erasmus+ and (ESC). The aim is to increase their confidence in preparing strong applications, including writing MLs and creating effective CVs.

Despite the European Union offering a lot of funded and fully funded cultural exchange and volunteering programs, such as Erasmus ans ESC, There are many young people from the Southern Mediterranean who are not even aware of these programs.", In addition to that There are a lot of challenges that face those young people like weak of English Skills, and lack of skills of Writing good europass motivation letter and CV. 

Seminar Contents

This online or hybrid seminar will include interactive sessions, guest speakers, and practical workshops.

  • Introduction to Erasmus+ & ESC: history, goals, types of programs (youth exchanges, training courses, volunteering, etc.)
     
  • Finding Opportunities: using the SALTO and ESC portals effectively.
     
  • Eligibility & Application Process: step-by-step guidance.
     
  • Motivation Letter Writing Workshop: structure, tone, personalization tips.
     
  • CV Building for European Programs: Europass and youth-friendly formats.
     
  • Cultural Adaptation and Expectations: preparing for life abroad.
     
  • Alumni Talks: real-life examples from successful applicants.
     
  • Interactive Simulations: mock application + peer feedback.
