The Reintegrate Wellbeing Mentoring Program offers personalized support to individuals who have experienced burnout, aim for them to rebuild their professional lives and overall well-being.

The Reintegrate Wellbeing Mentoring Program offers personalized support to individuals who have experienced burnout, aiming for them to rebuild their professional lives and overall well-being.

Program Objectives:

  • Burnout Resilience: Equip participants with real-life examples and strategies to combat burnout, fostering essential resilience skills.
  • Tailored Skill Development: Help individuals refine tailored skills, empowering them to reenter the workforce with newfound confidence.
  • Improved Employment Conditions: Guide participants in discovering new employment opportunities prioritizing less stressful working conditions, thereby enhancing their overall well-being.
  • Mentorship Network: Establish a mentorship network with approximately 30 mentors, five in each country. These mentors share personal experiences and provide invaluable support.
  • Broad Reach: Together with the 360 curriculum and handbooks, mentoring activities impact around 60 employers and 150 workers, allowing them to access mentoring activities and benefit from shared experiences and knowledge.

During the past few months, we have been conducting a series of 12 webinars given by our coaches and experts. The webinars have been recorded and are now available on the project's YouTube channel, all free material.

Additionally, these sessions will be accessible as e-learning modules on our MOOC platform. This ensures that you can revisit and engage with the material at your own pace, enhancing your learning experience.
These resources are designed to support your journey in our mentoring program.
We encourage you to take full advantage of these tools to maximize your growth and development.

What we offer: 

1. Full and free access to all project resources.
These include two final reports, a policy and practice toolbox translated into seven different languages, and a methodology framework.
2. Learning materials:
360 curriculum that explores the following topics in depth:
Available in 7 different languages.
3. An employee Handbook and a Handbook for Employers and Organisations.
Available in 7 different languages.
4. 12 recorded webinars conducted by Professional mentors and facilitators to engage in interactive mentoring sessions.
5. Access to free e-learning materials and the ability to contact mentors via the platform.
