“(Un)learn to Unleash: Weaving Artistic Connections for Growth and Resistance(s)”

Training Course

14-23 October 2024 | Königs Wusterhausen, Germany (BERLIN)), Germany

This international training course will be led by Seila Fernández Arconada, following a situated group methodology, where we will travel from led sessions to participatory activities and spaces for artistic collaboration.

Are you ready to learn to (un)learn and unleash your creative potential? Join us for an immersive experimental workshop that explore how Art can serve as a catalyst for change, addressing contemporary eco social challenges.

In today's world, we face many interconnected eco social issues demanding of attention. By focusing on artistic practices focusing on eco social narratives, we aim to offer powerful tools for understanding, addressing, and transforming these complex challenges.

This international training course will be led by Seila Fernández Arconada following a situated group methodology, where we will travel from led sessions to participatory activities and spaces for artistic collaboration.

Through this workshop, we will:

  • Encourage artistic expression and collective action: Encourage participants to explore their creative potential and work together to address contemporary eco-social challenges.
  • Cultivate personal and societal transformation: Provide a space for participants to “(un)learn” and question dominant narratives, develop collective resilience, and build a network of resistance(s).
  • Gain a deeper understanding on contemporary eco-social challenges and the interconnectedness to climate change, food sovereignty, sustainable approaches…and our understanding of “Nature.
