Training Course

1-5 November 2022 | Oslo, Norway

We invite youth workers to learn more on how to support learning within youth work. The course focuses on local and international youth work, their learning potential and how youth workers can better support young people in documenting their learning.

The aim of the course is to increase youth workers’ competences in facilitating learning of young people during youth work activities.

1. To explore and exchange about the potential for learning within youth work activities;

2. To provide knowledge regarding tools to support individual and group learning;

3. To practice self-reflection as a youth worker who facilitates learning of others;

4. To develop practical skills in expressing learning in writing and how to support it;

5. To inspire and motivate youth workers to put these methods and approaches in practice while supporting young people in their learning.
