"Transformative Youth Leadership" learning, teaching, training activity

Training Course

30 November - 5 December 2025 | Teulada, Spain

Transformative Youth Leadership learning, teaching, training activity, a six-day activity with 20 youth workers from Spain, Italy, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Sweden.

Join Transformative Youth Leadership learning, teaching, training activity, an international eight-day Erasmus+ activity bringing together 20 youth workers from Spain, Italy, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Sweden to explore how young people can take part in shaping collective decisions and driving social change without reproducing the same hierarchical models they often face.

Transformative Youth Leadership explores how young people can take part in shaping collective decisions and driving social change without reproducing the same hierarchical models they often face. It starts from the idea that leadership should not be about standing out, but about enabling others and building shared responsibility.

The project looks at how youth work can help develop this kind of leadership through reflection, dialogue, and cooperation, especially in contexts marked by inequality and disconnection. It brings together organizations that want to turn leadership into a practice of empowerment and participation, not control.

This learning, teaching, training (LTT) serves as the creative and methodological core of the project. During the training, partners and participants will co-develop, test, and refine the tools and approaches that form the project’s educational methodology. The focus will be on translating the project’s concepts into practical methods that can later be applied in local and international youth work contexts. Through experimentation, reflection, and feedback, the LTT will lay the groundwork for the pilot phase that follows.
