The Change Leadership Foundation (Youth NGO)

The Change Leadership Foundation is a registered UK charity founded in January 2011 as a successor to Lucca Leadership in the UK. We continue to deliver week long and short courses which have inspired thousands of participants over the last 8 years. Affiliated charities also run courses in Ireland, Australia, North America, South Africa, Holland and Macedonia.

The Change enables young people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself. We do this by running transformational leadership programs.

Transformational leadership is leadership to bring about change which uplifts and benefits humanity, by meeting its needs and developing its capabilities.

We are an independent organisation without any particular religious or political agenda. Rather than teaching young people what to think and what to lead, we aim to teach young people how to think effectively for themselves and how to lead projects that inspire them, in service of their community.

Our Vision is to be a catalyst for lasting change by developing leaders who serve the common good.
Our Mission is to run programs in transformational leadership which enable young people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself.
