Transformation of Soft Skills" aims to develop and improve certain soft skills at youth workers, youth trainers and youth leaders for their professional development and raising the quality of youth work.
The project is built up in accordance with the objectives, priorities and important features of the Erasmus+ Programmein the youth field; improve the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities, as well as to promote participation in democratic life in Europe and the labourmarket, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity, in particular through increased learning mobility opportunities for young people and enhance the international dimension of youth activities and enhance the capacity of youth workers and organisationsin their support for young people.
