Erasmus+ – Training of Trainers on the BeyondWheels Human-Centred Coaching Methodology for Inclusive Employability.

 

Purpose of the Training (held in Italian, english and spanish)

The Training of Trainers aims to strengthen the skills of professionals working in non-formal learning, adult education, disability inclusion, social work and employability support, enabling them to apply and adapt the BeyondWheels human-centred coaching methodology in their professional contexts.

The training focuses on:

  • Understanding the principles of empowerment, agency and self-determination underlying the BeyondWheels approach
  • Using the Life Map as a tool for employability and life-path planning
  • Facilitating inclusive, ethical and person-centred coaching processes
  • Supporting adults with disabilities in developing autonomy and professional pathways without creating dependency dynamics.
