This European initiative develops, pilots and validates an innovative human-centred training and coaching methodology designed to support adults with locomotor disabilities in identifying and developing sustainable employability, self-employment and entrepreneurship pathways aligned with their personal aspirations, skills and life context.
Purpose of the Training
The Training of Trainers aims to strengthen the competences of professionals working in non-formal learning, adult education, disability inclusion, social work and employability support, enabling them to apply, adapt and disseminate the BeyondWheels methodology within their own professional contexts.

The organisation designs and implements Erasmus+ projects focused on empowerment, participatory learning, restorative approaches, digital transformation and inclusive employability pathways. SOLIS works with public institutions, NGOs, adult educators, trainers and community professionals across Europe.
Within the BeyondWheels project (Erasmus+ KA210-ADU), SOLIS contributes to the development and implementation of the Training of Trainers process, supporting inclusive methodologies and reflective practice in adult learning contexts.
