- learning needs analysis,
- learning to learn competence,
- working with various socio-political backgrounds of people,
- measuring learning - the power of reflection.
Bear in mind that participants are expected to understand and practice non-formal education with their work with young people.

Fees may be asked by a sending organisations.
The full costs of accommodation, meals and activites are covered by Erasmus+ programme.
Travel reimbursement will be done based on erasmus+ flat rates per country:
Spain (Euronation) - 360EUR
Estonia, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Slovenia, Spain (Open Europe) - 275EUR
Poland - 20EUR.
Please collect all the tickets used all the way from home to the venue and remember about taking economy/2nd class, preferably ecological options and public transportation.
The reimbursements will be done upon a travel reimbursement form filled in and signed and originals of all receipts, invoices and tickets, after the project, once you`ve participated in the programme.
