Training Course

The Staff Training will last 5 full days. The staff will join the Training Event in oder to incorporate more innovative and creative teaching methods and share their knowledge and experiences with other international staff. Age: 18+

Within the framework of the european project Erasmus (KA2): YECh - Youth voluntEering Certification.  , we are looking for volunteer organisations which are interested in offering their staff a 5-day training in Greece.
From 20 to 24 January 2020 in Larissa, Greece, an employee training course will be organised by our local partner (Institute for Entrepreneurship Development (I.E.D.)).
The employees of your organisation would thus have the opportunity to participate in the training event in order to integrate more creative teaching methods for the young people in the local courses and to exchange their knowledge and experience with other employees.
The training is aimed at a selected team of 28 youth trainers (4 participants per country, including 4 people from the Larissa area) aged between 20 and 29. Participants must be able to understand and speak English, be open to new ideas and show motivation to participate in the transnational activity.
In summary, the profile of participants in staff training is as follows:
- Youth workers/trainers in the field of voluntary work/NGOs
- Age 18+
- You must be able to work in English

Accommodation and food

Up to 530,00 EUR per person will be reimbursed if invoices are provided (accomodation, transfer, food)

Travel reimbursement

Up to 275,00 EUR per partcipant for travel (flight) will be reimbursed
