The "Project ON" training course will help you design and implement strong youth projects, turning your ideas into impactful, inclusive, green, and youth-driven initiatives through practical sessions and peer learning.

The "Project ON" training course will strengthen your ability to design, plan, and implement high-quality Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership projects (KA210 & KA220) in the Youth field. Through experiential sessions, simulation exercises, and peer consultations, you will learn how to transform your ideas into well-structured, impactful, and sustainable projects that address inclusion, digital transformation, green practices, and youth participation.

> Training course dates: November 23–28, 2025
> Location: Hotel Royal Spa Residence, Birštonas, Lithuania

Profile of participants:

  • Youth project coordinators and managers;
  • Youth workers involved in Erasmus+ Youth projects;
  • Community leaders and activists in non-formal education or youth participation;
  • Representatives of youth organisations seeking to strengthen project design capacity;
  • Trainers, mentors, and educators working with youth at local, national, or international levels.

Participants must be:

  • At least 18 years old;
  • Able to communicate in English (the working language);
  • Motivated to apply for a Cooperation Partnership (KA210 or KA220) project in 2026;
  • Committed to taking part in the full duration of the training course.

During the training, participants will be provided with:

  •        Accommodation;
  •        3 meals per day with additional coffee/tea breaks.

> Registration:

  • Registration is open to organisations that are active in the youth field and interested in developing Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership projects.
  • Each organisation must nominate exactly 2 participants — no more and no less — who match the participant profile and motivation criteria.

The training course is free of charge.

Travel expenses will be reimbursed - see details in the INFOPACK (pages 13-20).

> All participants will receive YouthPass certificates.

> Registration deadline: October 30, 2025
> Selection results announced: November 3, 2025

Participation fee

The training is free of charge. Project partners (sending organization) could apply administration fee.

Accommodation and food

During the training, participants will be provided with:

- Accommodation;

- 3 meals per day with additional coffee/tea breaks.

Travel reimbursement

Travel (flights, other means of transport) expenses are reimbursed (up to 100%), based on the distance from your location of residence to the location of the project.

We encourage you to choose green travel!

Travel expenses will be reimbursed - see details in the INFOPACK (pages 13-20).
