14-20 September 2026 | Lisboa, Portugal

Spin is an accredited Erasmus+ KA1 organisation and we are currently preparing a Training Course entitled NGO’s Sustainability 2.0, which will take place in Lisbon, from 14th to 20th September 2026.

Spin Association would like to invite partners to be part of a KA1 Training Course project to happen in Bairro Padre Cruz, Carnide council, Lisbon - Portugal from 14th to 20th September 2026 under the theme of COMMUNICATION AND SUSTAINABILITY FOR NGOs. The project will happen under Spin’s KA1 Accreditation. Arrivals on 14th September in the morning and departures on the 20th after breakfast.

Effective communication and strategy shapes how NGOs grow, connect and create impact that lasts. This Training Course focuses on organisational sustainability — helping NGOs to effectively manage resources, funding, teams and processes, designed for youth workers, project coordinators and/or managers, educators, facilitatorsvolunteers and organisation staff who want to explore new paths in communication and organisational development through sustainability.

Objectives to be explored:
- To provide participants with practical/hands-on experience in creating communication plans and
approaches adapted to their organisations realities;
- To develop participants’ organisations plans for sustainability in an ever changing world;
- To develop participants' networks of peers and work synergies.

Participants profile:
- Participants should have at least 18 y.o.
- Residents or native of the partner organisation’s country;
- Good working level of English;
- Interested in learning and sharing knowledge about the topic;
- Commit with an active participation in all activities of the project (preparation before TC, during the TC and local implementation after the TC);
- Able to commit to the full extent of the residential training in Lisbon, Portugal (arrival on 14th September and departure on 20th September 2026);
- Interested on the topic of the training and able to integrate it on their regular work;
 Youth workers, project coordinators and/or managers, educators, facilitators, volunteers at NGOs, organisations staff, able to develop a multiplying activity after the residential training in their own organisations, and share the results of it with hosting organisation and fellow participants.

Costs

Participation fee

We do not expect a participation fee.

Accommodation and food

Spin will provide food and accomodation, at no cost to the participants.

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs be reimbursed according to the distance band calculator from the European Commission. 

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
