The Laboratory for the Change Foundation invites youth-focused organizations to take part in the international project “How to Support Youth Leaders – Youth Workers Mobility”, taking place in Opole, Poland, from 3–9 November 2025. The project is co-funded by the European Union under Erasmus+.
During this dynamic week, participants—including youth leaders, trainers, youth workers, volunteers, and anyone passionate about youth work—will gain practical and innovative tools to empower young leaders. Experienced trainers from the Foundation and leading youth organizations will guide sessions featuring:

Accommodation and food for the training “How to Support Youth Leaders” in Opole will be fully organized and provided by the project organizers. There is no additional cost for participants—both accommodation and meals are included in the project and covered for selected participants.

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to fixed Erasmus+ unit rates based on the distance traveled by each participant, not strictly by country, but by specific distance bands. Ammounts are specified in the infopack.
