Training Course

“It’s up to me” is a holistic approach, a year long process where we develop high quality competence for youth workers and trainers that are going to work on transferring know-how, organizing and delivering high quality projects within the Erasmus + program. This project is going to contribute towards raising the quality of the Erasmus + projects that are going to be organized in future, develop capacity for the organizations and it will improve the quality of youth work in general. The workshops selected are based on the different competences from the Trainers competence model (European Training Strategy).
In this addition we have two training activities that will take place in Bremen, Germany:

Spring 2022(TBD)
Only participants that can attend to the both training courses will be considered during the selection process. Due to the corona pandemic and rules in Germany, we can only accept fully vaccinated participants with vaccines that are widely accepted in Europe.
Between the two courses there will be structured coaching and mentoring process where the participants are going to work on developing their competences while they organize local projects and activities that we will design during the first course. Their learning will be supported by the trainers and with materials and resources from the Trainers library (www.trainerslibrary.org).

NaturKultur e.V. (Youth NGO)
NaturKultur e.V. is grass-roots youth NGO that is working in Bremen, Osterholz--Scharmbeck and Oldenburg in Germany. They are an NGO that provides international mobilities in North Germany with organizing many youth exchanges, European Solidarity Corps volunteering opportunities, training courses and other local activities. The target group are young people between 13-30 years old.
NaturKultur is the coordinator of the KA2 project which is focused on innovation in youthwork - Trainers library. The organization is involved in many European activities for recognition of youthwork, training and cooperation.

There is participation fee for both training activities of 60€ (€40 in November 2021 and €20 in Spring 2022)
All costs for program, accommodation, food and activities will be covered from the organizers. All participants are required to have proof of negative corona test prior to departure and do test at the venue upon arrival.
The travel costs will be reimbursed after each of the activities, according to the distance band rules of the Erasmus+ program and not more than:
- Germany €180
- Spain and Croatia €275
- Greece and Turkey €360
