Study Visit
24-27 February 2025 | European Academy Berlin, Germany
In times of increasing polarization and the challenges facing our democracies, trainers and facilitators play an important role in equipping participants with the skills to engage constructively in society. When faced with polarizing participants, it becomes essential for trainers to maintain a fact-based approach while fostering respectful dialogue. This workshop empowers trainers and facilitators with tools and strategies to address polarization effectively. It focuses on countering misinformation, debunking conspiracy theories, and managing challenging group dynamics with confidence and authority. Participants will learn how to remain factual and convincing while creating a safe environment for critical thinking and collaborative dialogue.
