Training Course

The training is a practice-based learning
for people who are interested in teaching.
By participating in the course the trainers
will gain knowledge on how to plan,
conduct and evaluate workshops and
seminars by developing their own skills.
This project aims to support the work of
organizations engaged in work with
people with disabilities, refugees and
young people, equip them with methods,
techniques, tools, new knowledge, skills
and competencies to work with the target
groups and more particularly provide
trainings to them.
The realization of the project will allow
mobility participants and their
organizations to be able to design and
implement their own training to support
the target groups, meeting their needs,
based on informal methods of education.
Mobility will be implemented within a
week and it will include 40 participants.
They will be youth workers, trainers,
mentors, volunteers and others employed
in the sector (trainers of trainers,
coordinators and other providers of
training) who work directly or indirectly
with the target group.
The mobility programme involves
understanding the situation of the target
group and an approach to work with them
and train them, including creating a plan
and specific program strategies and tools
for reaching the target group and the
provision of specific resources with
practical application, as well as
information for the development of
partnerships at the international level.
The program will be implemented using a
variety of methods, workshops, games,
exercises, role-play activities, simulations,
tools and other in four separate modules:
• Orientation - provoking awareness of
the problem, framing the necessary
knowledge, skills and competencies for
orientation and training and discussing
importance of understanding different
cultures and intercultural cooperation;
• Planning - plan a training program and its
components. Needs assessment of the
target group, defining the objectives and
activities, creation of educational space
and logistical issues;
• Practice - methods, materials, tools for
the implementation of training and their
successful combination - Methodology -
effective communication with the target
group, creating an environment of trust
between the participants;
• Improvement and Partnerships - the
Strategy for improvement and
development, developing partnership
networks and the involvement of local
community activities;

The costs for accommodation and food are fully covered by the hosting organization. 100% of the travel costs up to limits according to the distance calculator of Erasmus+ programme are covered.
Travel grants:
FUROM, Romania – 180 EUR (100 – 499 km)
Cyprus, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Jordan – 275 EUR (500 –1999 km)
Spain – 360 EUR (2000 – 2999 km)
