Partnership-building Activity

26-29 October 2026 | Erzurum, Türkiye

A partnership-building seminar for organisations holding ESC Hosting/Sending/Lead Accreditation and/or Youth Accreditation, aimed at strengthening partnerships and developing quality, sustainable ESC and Youth projects.

Together We Host, Together We Grow is a Partnership Building Seminar taking place in Erzurum, Türkiye, from 26 to 29 October 2026.

The seminar is specifically designed for organisations holding ESC Hosting, Sending or Lead Accreditation and/or Youth Accreditation. It aims to bring accredited organisations together to build strong and sustainable partnerships, exchange experiences, and create opportunities for future cooperation.

The activity will focus on promoting quality and sustainability in ESC and Youth projects and encouraging collaboration for future volunteering opportunities and projects. Through networking and partnership-building activities, participating organisations will have the opportunity to connect with potential partners and explore possibilities for future international cooperation.

The seminar is open to legal representatives, coordinators and youth workers from eligible organisations in Erasmus+ Programme and Partner Countries. There is no age limit, and two participants per country can take part.

We are looking for 10 partner organisations for the seminar. Participating organisations must hold ESC Hosting/Sending/Lead Accreditation or Youth Accreditation.

SİTODED (Civil Society Supporter Association) is a non-governmental organisation based in Erzurum, Türkiye, established in 2006 to support the development of youth and civil society activities. The organisation works in the fields of youth, children, disability, women, culture and tourism, sports and environment. SİTODED promotes cooperation among NGOs, develops local, national and international projects, and supports the participation and representation of civil society organisations on international platforms.

Costs

Participation fee

No participation fee is required.

Accommodation and food

Accommodation and meals will be organised and provided by the hosting organisation at no cost to participants. Participants will be accommodated in double rooms (same gender) at Erzurum Dedeman  Hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided throughout the activity.

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the applicable travel distance, up to the following maximum amounts per participant:

10–99 km: €28
100–499 km: €211
500–1,999 km: €309
2,000–2,999 km: €395
3,000–3,999 km: €580

Travel reimbursement will be provided based on the participant’s applicable distance band and up to the corresponding maximum amount.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
