Promote an inclusive, respectful, and interculturally sensitive learning environment, helping youth workers recognize and counteract hate speech, discrimination, and exclusion through sensitization, prevention methods and constructive interventions.
OBJECTIVES
Understanding mechanisms of Hate speech, discrimination and exclusion
Exchange on different prejudices and forms of these phenomena in different cultural contexts
Strengthening of intervention skills
Promoting inclusion and respect for diversity and diversity, in youthwork and in other social contexts
Exchange best practices and experiences from respective countries and exploring non-formal learning tools and methods
Support for self-reflection and long-term, sustainable character development
Ability to design methods and workshops for the prevention
of hate speech and discrimination
Strengthening of digital competences and media literacy
Supporting long-term partnerships and future collaborations to develop policy recommendations

Participation fee
The project is supported by Youth for Europe, the German National Agency for the ERASMUS+ youth programme of the European Union.
We will not charge any participation fee.
Accommodation and food
All costs for the program, materials, accommodation and meals during the exchange are coverd, exeptional the fre day in Berlin
Travel reimbursement
You have to pay in advance for traveling.
Please choose the most economical/cheap way of transportation
(2nd class trains, plains). Only public transportation can be reimbursed (no taxis).
Please plan your travel from your place of origin to the venue of the activity in Berlin and return
You can calculate the limit of your travele costs by distance using the Erasmus+ distance calculator
Germany 10-99 km - green travel mandatory 56 € ; 100-499 km - green travel mandatory 285€
Romania/ Poland/ Spain 500 – 1999 km 309 € ; 417 € with green travel/ no flight
Georgia/ Türkye/ Portugal 2000 – 2999 km 395 € ; 535 € with green travel/ no flight
Your travel costs will be reimbursed up to the limit, if you spend less you will get what you spent.
Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and invoice in maximum 2 months after the project.
Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
