14-17 April 2015 | Bildungsstätte des Landessportbundes Hessen in Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Training for projektmanagers and mentors in the European Voluntary Service (EVS) who would like to exchange experiences, get some information about the general and specific conditions of an EVS and want to learn more about working with volunteers.

Each project is unique and needs new discussions with participants, within the own organization and about the EU Program Erasmus+ YOUTH IN ACTION. It doesn’t matter if you have many years of experience with the European Voluntary Service (EVS) or if you are a newcomer. You might have questions about the implementation and running of an EVS project and also how to support volunteers. This german-speaking training will provide you with information about the general and specific conditions of an EVS and will help you to exchange experiences and to clarify roles and tasks. Furthermore it will help to improve the quality of your work. Since the working language will be German, you will find a more detailed description in the attachments.

Die beiden Nationalagenturen Erasmus+ JUGEND IN AKTION Deutschland und Österreich organisieren ein Training für Organisationen im EFD. Es werden insbesondere Projektverantwortliche und TutorInnen in den Aufnahme- und Entsendeorganisationen angesprochen.

Costs

Die Kosten für die Teilnahme am Training, sowie Unterkunft und Verpflegung während des Trainings werden von den Veranstaltern übernommen. Unterbringung in Doppelzimmern, Einzelzimmer auf Nachfrage, falls verfügbar, gegen Aufpreis möglich. Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern aus Deutschland tragen die Reisekosten selbst. Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer aus den anderen Ländern nehmen wegen der Reisekosten bitte Kontakt zu Ihrer jeweiligen Nationalagentur auf.
