17-20 April 2018 | CJD Bonn, Germany

Training for project managers and mentors in European Volunteering Projects (EVS/ESC) who would like to exchange experiences, get some information about the general and specific conditions and want to learn more about working with volunteers.

ATTENTION: working language is German!!! Each project is unique and needs new discussions with participants, within the own organization and about the EU Program Erasmus+ YOUTH IN ACTION and the European Solidarity Corps. It doesn’t matter if you already have many years of experience with the European Voluntary Service (EVS) or if you are a Newcomer in the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). You might have questions about the implementation and running of volunteering projects and also how to support volunteers. This German-speaking training will provide you with information about the general and specific conditions of European Volunteering Projects including the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) and will help you to exchange experiences and to clarify roles and tasks. Furthermore it will help to improve the quality of your work with volunteers. The Training will be held in German language and is organized in co-operation with the Austrian NA. The German and Austrian National Agencies of Erasmus+ Youth in Action are organising training for organisations implementing volunteering projects within the Erasmus+ programme and the European Solidarity Corps.

This course is particularly addressed to project managers and mentors in the organisations.

Before applying please contact the NA of your residence country to check if it is involved in this concrete project and committed to cover travel costs. NB! Learn about possible participation fee and other relevant rules.

Costs

All costs such as food and accommodation will be covered by the organisers. For German participants: the travel expenses will be reimbursed. There is a participation fee of 100€. Participants from other countries should contact their respective National Agency for travel expenses and participation fee, if any.
