Partnership-building Activity
7-11 May 2026 | Coma-ruga (Tarragona), Spain
This is a partnership-building activity to establish a strategic and collaborative process through which organisations come together to share youth work practices and develop joint responses to common challenges.
The Rights Connection is designed to support organisations in transforming shared principles into concrete partnerships and future Erasmus+ projects.
Throughout the PBA, participants will exchange youth work practices, reflect on the current European context, and collaboratively explore new project ideas within the Erasmus+ framework.
The Rights Connection aims to strengthen cooperation among youth organisations across Europe, foster sustainable partnerships, and support the development of initiatives that empower young people, promote dialogue with decision-makers, and reinforce democratic values in practice.
Candidates' Profile:
This partnership-building activity will bring together 20 experienced youth workers, project coordinators, and organisational leaders who are actively engaged in promoting democratic participation, civic engagement, and social inclusion.
The activity is designed for youth workers, project coordinators, and organisational leaders ready to turn shared values into joint Erasmus+ projects.
Selected representatives should have the competencies to share and promote their organisation's youth work practices, create partnerships and commit to collaborations initiated during the activity.
