Reflection. We want you to think about how you approach leadership. The questions we pose are designed to challenge your thinking and help you become more conscious about how well you engage in each of the practices. 2. Application. We want you to apply the practices and commitments to your project. To do that, we provide exercises that help you to put the theory into work. In some cases you will do this application alone or you will go out to talk to your team members and engage them in an activity. 3. Implications.
