Training Course
8-14 January 2026 | Statek Habří, Czech Republic
The Ordinary Magic is an Erasmus+ project about embodiment & nature-based practices as a tool to boost resilience and foster wellbeing.
Through guided experiences in nature and the body, we’ll rediscover our inner resources, learn how to move through challenges with presence, and explore practical tools for working with youth and communities.
We will use movement, creative dance, PlayFight, Living Presence, vocal activities, rituals, quests, meditation and reflective practices.
We will be guided by both inner and outer nature.
Embodiment is about listening to the body, becoming aware of what’s present, and allowing new responses to emerge. Through movement, breath, voice, and touch, we access deeper layers of our experience beyond words. Embodiment supports us to move toward more desired internal states: resilience, clarity, calm, vitality.
Nature-based practices invite us to reconnect with the living world around us as a mirror and ally in our learning. We will spend time outdoors, engaging with the land, using rituals, stories, and symbolic journeys (quests) to explore our inner landscapes. Nature becomes a co-facilitator, reflecting our processes, deepening insight, and offering a space for restoration.
We will practice on how to adapt and apply these approaches in our own work.
FOLLOW-UP AFTER THE PROJECT
We envision The Ordinary Magic project making a meaningful impact for you and the communities you belong to.
Taking what you’ve learned beyond the program is an essential part of the journey. After completing the training, you will be expected to put your knowledge into action by designing one follow-up action.
We are looking for participants who see this as more than just a task to complete but as an opportunity to create something that has real value. You will have one month after the project to carry out this action, either individually or in collaboration with other participants. The completion of this step is also linked to your reimbursement.
