The Impact auf Youthwork - Wie wirkt Jugendarbeit

[EN] The seminar is dedicated to current developments as well as the possibilities and challenges of researching the impact of youth work - both from the point of view of practice and research. From this the following topics and elements are derived for this seminar:

- Exchange of research and practice in order to find a common understanding of impact research.
- Getting to know relevant projects on the impact research and impact analysis of Youth Work
- Identifying opportunities and challenges for research and practice through input from experts and exchange of participants
- Time to network and develop initial project ideas

These topics will be dealt with as practically as possible, in a non-formal setting, through inputs from the "Kompetenzzentrums für Nonprofit-Organisationen und Social Entrepreneurship"  ("Wirkungsbox Jugendarbeit"), the Danube University Krems - Department Migration & Globalization as well as the German Youth Institute and the research network "RAY - Research based Analysis of Erasmus+: Youth in Action" as well as other means. Further experts are to be confirmed, suggestions for inputs can also be submitted during the registration process.

Das Seminar widmet sich aktuellen Erkentnissen ebenso wie den Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen der Wirkungsforschung von Jugendarbeit – sowohl aus Sicht der Praxis als auch der Forschung. Daraus leiten sich folgende Themen für dieses Seminar ab:

• Austausch von Forschung und Praxis, um sich einem gemeinsamen Verständnis für Wirkungsforschung anzunähern
• Kennenlernen von relevanten Projekten zum Thema Wirkungsforschung und Wirkungsanalyse
• Aufzeigen von Chancen und Herausforderungen für Forschung und Praxis durch Inputs von Expert*innen und Diskurs der Teilnehmer*innen
• Zeit zum Netzwerken und zum Entwickeln erster Projektideen

Diesen Themen wird sich so praxisnah wie möglich, in einem non-formalen Setting, gewidmet u.a. durch Inputs des Kompetenzzentrums für Nonprofit-Organisationen und Social Entrepreneurship („Wirkungsbox Jugendarbeit“), der Donauuniversität Krems - Department Migration and Globalization sowie des Deutschen Jugendinstituts und des Forschungsnetzwerkes „RAY – Research based Analysis of Erasmus+: Youth in Action“. Weitere Expert*innen sind angefragt, gerne können im Rahmen der Anmeldung auch Vorschläge für Inputs eingebracht werden.
