Our aims are to equipe 22 youth workers from 5 countries, with tools and methodologies in order to be more aware on how to approch youths with fewer opportunities and help personal growth, to motivate, develop and raise awarness and solidarity of participants with sustainable skills, permaculture principles and green practices.
ETC’s methodology for this project combines three main pillars (art-based activities, organic farming practices and ecology activities), hence the participants will be guided through an authentic approach, experiencing all the methods in the middle of ETC’s farm.
The group will be guided towards a deeper understanding on how to combine different topics in
order to initiate and run functional and healthy local communities for young people who face economical, social and educational limitations.
