“The EcoCoach: Guiding the Youth Toward Sustainable Entrepreneurship” is a 6-day international training course designed for youth workers actively involved in non-formal education and youth work. The training aims to build the youth professionals' capacity to inspire, equip, and empower young people through sustainability-driven entrepreneurship and green innovation.

Hosted in Struga, North Macedonia, this immersive program combines experiential learning, digital tools, and builds a mindset to foster eco-conscious entrepreneurship, aligns youth initiatives with EU sustainability goals, and inspires a new generation of change-makers through innovative and collaborative methods.

Participants will:
• Explore the intersection of sustainability, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment.
• Collaborate in diverse international teams to co-create eco-friendly business projects.
• Learn and share digital tools that support green thinking and environmental education.
• Engage in hands-on workshops to design sustainable business models using non-formal methods.
• Strengthen key competencies such as creativity, leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Build international networks and partnerships to promote green youth work across borders.

The training is rooted in non-formal education principles, encouraging active participation, peer learning, and experiential methods. This training is perfect for youth workers, educators, mentors, and facilitators who want to incorporate sustainability and eco-friendly entrepreneurial thinking into local and international youth initiatives. It aims to support young people in becoming agents of environmental change while fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and innovation.
