Training Course

23 January - 12 March 2024 | Warsaw, Poland

A complete Youth Training Course of Persuasion skills. It gives you the complete set of tools and methods useful to persuade, experience of it's implementation and understanding of its pros and cons. Free of charge. In Belarusian language.

A two-months expert level practical training course dedicated to the advanced knowledge, skills and attitude in a field of Persuasion skill of youth trainers, youth leaders, young journalists, young entrepreneurs and policy makers working in the field of non-formal learning and business education. 

This is a hybrid TC: you can join the local group (classes take place in Warsaw, Poland each Tuesday starting from Jan 23, 2024 at 18-00 CET) or you can join the Online classes and listen to the course online

The route and a program might be adjusted in order to be more effective and brind better output for participants. We are flexible. And we are practicle. 

The preliminary high-level training program plan is:

  • Introduction to Persuasion skills;
  • Persuasion in public speaking and 1-to-1 communication;
  • Basic Persuasion methods and techniques;
  • Common mistakes in Persuasion; 
  • Coping with objections;
  • Persuasion vs. manipulation: how to stay on good side;
  • Strategies and architecture patterns of persuasive text; 
  • Strategies of misinformation and disinformation in propaganda; 
  • Other topics and questions;

Informal Learning Impact: You also will practice the on-line tools for training conduction; learn the art of non-formal education, self-organisation, technical and logistical details. 

Whom this Training Course designed for: (the participant profile): 

  • Mid-level youth trainers and trainers of trainers, working the field of non-formal learning and youth work and desired to update own professional level;
  • Youth leaders, managers of organizations; 
  • Young journalists and other professional groups working with Public Relations and texts;
  • Young entrepreneurs and policy makers working in the field of non-formal learning and business education;
  • Facilitators, working the field of non-formal learning and youth work, who want to learn and perfect the art of facilitation;

Working language: Belarusian. Please make sure you are able to work in Belarusian language.

All organisational costs and the worktime of our trainers for for training program are covered by our sponsors. See above.

Travel reimbursement

In some particular challenging situations we could cover part of your travel-costs to Warsaw  and back.

This should be discussed with the organizers. Each particular case to be discussed and decided personally.

Please prepare to justify why you are the person, whose travel expences should be covered. Also prepare to the case if we couldn't cover your travel costs.
