Future-Ready Youth Work is a international Training Course designed to support professionals and volunteers working with Youth, who want to strengthen their capacity to support young people in an increasingly digital, diverse, and rapidly changing world.

Future-Ready Youth Work is a international Training Course, cofunded by Erasmus+ Programme, designed to support professionals and volunteers working with Youth, who want to strengthen their capacity to support young people in an increasingly digital, diverse, and rapidly changing world.
During the Training Course, participants will have the chance to explore digital tools, inclusive practices and become more prepared on their role as Youth Workers of this era.

Key topics: Civic Participation, Living in Diversity, Digital Literacy, Inclusion, Volunteering

Target group: Youth Workers, Volunteers, Educators, Animators, Students
Above 20 years old (no upper age limit), Residing in Portugal, France, Slovakia, Romania, Latvia. 
Fully available for the entire duration of the Training Course (26 October to 1 November 2026) and any preparatory meetings, follow-up and dissemination activities.

Participation fee

There is no participation fee.

Accommodation and food

The Training Course will take place in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal), a town famous for it’s medieval castle and vibrant cultural festivals.
Participants will be staying at Hotel dos Loios in shared bedrooms of 3 to 5 people, with a common bathroom.

Two meals (lunch and dinner) will be provided daily at a local Restaurant. Breakfast is also provided at the accommodation.
There is the possibility to accommodate Vegetarian and Vegan meals (please make sure to inform in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies).

Travel reimbursement

Travel reimbursement according to the European Comission's Erasmus+ Programme. 

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
