The aim of this training course is to train participants and equip them with the necessary competences to organise, implement, evaluate and plan effective youth exchanges in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.
This training will provide participants with new perspectives and ideas to address far-reaching issues related to youth exchanges - such as intercultural learning, working with international groups, knowledge about the Erasmus+ programme and youth exchanges, inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, group dynamics, etc.
