TC DIVING INTO THE TRAINING POOL

The aim of the course is to equip participants with the necessary competencies and tools that will enable them to organize, implement and plan an Erasmus + youth exchange in an effective manner.
This training will provide participants with new perspectives and ideas to address far-reaching issues related to youth exchanges - such as intercultural learning, working with international groups, knowledge about the Erasmus+ programme and youth exchanges, inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, group dynamics, etc.
The course will take place in the small town of Calarreona in the southeast of Spain. Venue of the event is a youth hostel by the sea with its own beach access. The course is paid for under the Erasmus+ program so lodging and meals are provided, and travel costs will be covered according to the EU kilometer calculator.
The course will be held in English and is open to all EU member countries. The course will consist of 6 days of work, an arrival day and a departure day.
