We want participants... (objectives) * to raise understanding of training methodology (within the non formal education approach) and to raise understanding about the flow, logic and coherence in a training activity * to understand the place of training within European youth work context and Youth in Action programme * to understand the influence of group dynamics and the intercultural dimension in a training programme * to experience and explore learning and training styles, and to raise awareness about its importance * to experience how some methods and techniques can be used in different ways * to experience the planning of a short term training in international team * to provide an opportunity to practise some performance skills (facilitation, presentation, communication) * to reflect upon personal ethics, values and attitudes of participants as trainers * to facilitate the further use of the training experience into real life in order to get a long term effect --------------------------------------- It is meant for.... * This is a training course for the beginning trainers. * Also people that ran already few short trainings, but with the need of a frame, or looking for the answers how to overcome some issues in the setting up of sessions, are the target group.
