T.A.K.E. – Tools for Active Knowledge on Entrepreneurship

Training Course

17-24 May 2015 | Zadar, Croatia

This training course sets out to encourage youth workers to promote and to engage in non-formal activities on youth creativity and entrepreneurship at the European level.
The training will be a learning by doing experience and it will take place in Zadar, a beautiful city on the Croatian coast. Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to learn new entrepreneurial tools and also, to develop new educational methods which encourage business thinking and action for young people. Aims of the project: • To increase the competences of youth workers, trainers, youth leaders and volunteers in the fields of creativity and entrepreneurship; • To create a toolkit with tested non-formal educational tools for developing abilities for youth creativity on entrepreneurship, available for free. Objectives of the training course: • To introduce participants to new business models and tools; • Participants to gain new competences on youth creativity and entrepreneurship; • To create new non-formal methods to empower youth in becoming future entrepreneurs; • To share resources and inform about European ones (entrepreneurship education and learning, access to different types of funding, partnerships, networks etc.) useful for business creation and sustainability; • To inspire participants to become resource persons for young people that want to start business ventures. Target group: We are looking for trainers, coaches, youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers with an interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning. They should be willing to implement, after the training course, in their daily work, the methods and tools developed during the training course. Costs

The project is financed by Erasmus+ Programme and our organization will cover participants' food and accommodation costs, as well as travel costs in line with the European Commission Distance Calculator. Max. amount of reimbursement for travel costs per participant: Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey - €275 Slovenia, Hungary, FYR Macedonia - €180 Croatia – no reimbursement of travel costs
